Terms and Conditions for the online business of Print Punk – Effective October 2021 –
1. General Information / Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale and delivery of the products presented on the website www.printpunk.com.
By ordering our products, you agree to the following conditions.
2. Order Placement and Formation of Contract
Ordering a product on the website www.printpunk.com, after clicking the button “Buy now” is a binding offer to purchase the product in agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
Orders are subject to acceptance by Print Punk. We reserve the right to either accept your order within 14 days from receipt or to reject it explaining our decision.
The binding contract of sale for the products you have ordered only is affected when we accept your order.
3. Pricing and Terms of Payment
The price of the product is stated in the respective information provided on the website. The prices indicated include the statutory value-added tax, but do not include shipping costs. Before placing your order, the website will show the unit price including shipping costs and also the total amount.
For credit card payment, you can use one of the credit cards specified in the checkout process by providing your card details on the website. We will therefore charge the total amount due to the credit card you specified when placing the order on the day we ship the products.
4. Delivery / Transfer of Ownership and Risk
If the ordered products are in stock, a delivery service we hired will deliver them to the address stated in your order and in our order confirmation within ten days after the order has been concluded.
You will not receive ownership of the delivered products until you have settled the full purchase price. We may withhold the products until full payment has been made and the revocation period has expired.
